I'm a cybersecurity student with over 3 years of IT experience and a strong passion for technology. I find end-user support incredibly rewarding because I get to help people leverage the tools they have access to more effectively.
Many people have access to incredibly productive tools but lack the knowledge to use them. I enjoy bridging that gap between technology availability and user competency, making technology work for people rather than against them.
Outside of IT support, I develop iOS applications that solve real problems for IT professionals and everyday users. My apps are built from firsthand experience of what tools are missing in the industry.

Supporting Juniper Mist network infrastructure, managing user accounts and passwords, and providing multi-device support across the district. Responsible for maintaining network health and ensuring staff and students have the technology access they need.
