About me.

I'm an IT specialist and cybersecurity student with three-plus years running production infrastructure. My day job is keeping networks, identity, and endpoints steady across a school district. The rest of my time goes into the ConnectIT catalog.

What that covers:

The IT tools in the catalog all started the same way: something I needed on the job that didn't exist yet. SignalWize came out of wanting deeper visibility into Juniper Mist than the web dashboard offered. WiFiWize came out of chasing down why a network felt slow.
